Event times

8:00am - Gates open for coffee + connection

9:00am - Event kick-off

9:00pm - Event wraps up

The event will kick off at 9am sharp, so please arrive in plenty of time before the event to ensure you don’t miss out on anything.

Location & Parking

Kuranda Amphitheatre,

555 Barron Falls Rd, Kuranda QLD

The Kuranda Amphitheatre is an iconic venue surrounded by nature set in the beautiful Kuranda, 40 minutes drive from Cairns City Centre.

There will be plenty of free parking on site however we encourage carpooling to avoid congestion.

Please allow extra travel time as the Kuranda range is still undergoing roadworks.

Food

Food trucks will be there on the day to provide various food and beverage options. You are welcome to bring your own food, and we ask that if you bring rubbish, you take it away with you. Connect Fest takes pride in caring for the environment and is a Zero Trace event. 

There will be water stations there so that you can refill your water bottle through the day.

What To Wear

Wear what you feel good and comfortable in, feel free to express you own individual look. Bright colours are welcome and shoes are optional. There will be plenty of soft grass there to walk on.

Be sure to bring something warm for the evening as it will get chilly at that time of the year.

What To Bring

We encourage you to bring a refillable water bottle, diary, cushion, and/or yoga mat to sit on, an open mind, and your best smile.

What Not To Bring

There will be bag checks at the gate so please don’t bring any glass, alcohol or drugs into the event.
